Rivalries were both renewed and created on Friday night as the top eight riders in Pro Stock Motorcycle finalized the pairings. Gaige Herrera received the first pick as the low qualifier and called on Chase Van Sant.

No. 2 seed Hector Arana Jr. will take on veteran Steve Johnson. Arana won the Summit Racing Equipment NHRA Nationals in Norwalk and was also the low qualifier in Denver. Eddie Krawiec made a bold decision to call out his rival Marc Ingwersen. The final pairing may cause a bit of a rift as husband-wife duo Matt and Angie Smith will battle it out.
